Restorative Yoga:
Stress Reduction, Wellbeing, and Creativity
with Jason Emanuel Britton, MFA
Certified Relax and Renew® Trainer
Relieve the stress response through this practice, which is the art of letting go. Teach your body-mind the tremendous benefits of that state
of consciousness distinctly different from seated meditation or sleep.
The relaxation of the body, the softness of the breath, the quietude of the mind, and the equanimity of the emotions...These sensations are available to you at any time through Restorative Yoga.
There is a relationship between relaxation and creativity. When the body has let go, and the mind and emotions are calm, the creative aspect is free to emerge. All things feel possible.
